Matthew Lofmark

Matthew Lofmark has a diverse work experience that spans from 2012 to 2023. Matthew started their career as the Operations Director at The Adventure Group, LLC, where they managed staff, negotiated with vendors, and maintained customer and manager relationships. From 2017 to 2017, Matthew worked as a Human Resources Intern at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where they gained experience in HR. Matthew later interned at Cornell University as a Workforce Policy and Labor Relations Intern, analyzing collective bargaining agreements and developing a digital arbitration index. Matthew then joined Integra MLTC in 2018 as a Recruiter, contributing to the company's growth and managing the full cycle of recruitment. Matthew left the company in 2021 after the acquisition by Elevance Health. Following that, they worked at Pagaya as a Senior Recruiter, involved in recruitment activities until 2023 when they joined Rho as a Recruiting Lead.

Matthew Lofmark has obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University ILR School. Matthew also holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Suffolk County Community College. In addition, Matthew has a certification in Microsoft Office Specialist from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business.
