Diana Lekaj

Diana Lekaj is a seasoned professional with significant expertise in management and education. Currently serving as a Lecturer of Management at UBT - University for Business and Technology since October 2021, Diana also holds positions as Supervisory Board Member at Raiffeisen Bank Kosova and Co-Founder of Edu Task. Previously, Diana was a Lecturer of Management and Strategy, as well as Director of UoL programs at Kolegji Riinvest from November 2013 to October 2021. Additional experience includes a Senior Consultant role at International Deployment Solutions and various positions in higher education at University of Maryland University College and Central Texas College. Diana is actively pursuing a PhD in Strategic Management from the University of Warsaw, building upon a Master's in Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's in English Literature from the University of Prishtina.
