Nazmi Pllana

Nazmi Pllana has extensive experience in the fields of accounting, finance, and education. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Audit Partners L.L.C. since January 2024, Nazmi also holds leadership roles, including Immediate Past Board President and past Board President of SCAAK ShKÇAK, and Vice President of the SCAAK Board. Nazmi has been a member of the Accounting Experts Group for the European Federation of Accountants and Auditors for SMEs since May 2017 and serves as Executive Director of the Kosovo Center for Business Support since April 2013. As a Professor and Senior Lecturer at UBT - University for Business and Technology and SCAAK respectively since 2011 and 2002, Nazmi has contributed significantly to academia. Prior experience includes roles as an M&E specialist at Booz Allen Hamilton and as a consultant with Chemonics International. Nazmi earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tirana between 2010 and 2013.
