Lucy Skinner is an accomplished procurement and management professional with extensive experience in the retail sector. Currently serving as the National Group Buyer at UBT since May 2021, Lucy spearheads the strategy and implementation of central procurement for the Campus & Co. store network. Additionally, Lucy holds a position as a Board Trustee and Non-Executive Director at Focus Charity, focusing on marketing and communication guidance. Previously, Lucy spent nearly two decades at Aldi UK, progressing through various roles, including Buying Director and Advertising/PR Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing teams, developing product ranges, and implementing impactful marketing campaigns. Lucy began their career at Benetton Group and Arcadia Group Ltd. Complementing professional experience, Lucy earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Birmingham and a BA(Hons) in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Kent.
