Maggie Herman is the current Director at UBTS International. Maggie has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and has worked for companies such as Marsh & McLennan Agency, Landis+Gyr, Mississippi Power, and Southern Company. Maggie has a wealth of knowledge in employee relations, talent development, compensation, organizational design/restructuring, change management and performance management.

Maggie Herman has a BS in Psychology from Georgia State University and an MBA in Management from Kennesaw University. Maggie also has certifications from SHRM in SHRM-SCP and from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in SPHR.
