Pierce J. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They began their career as a Marketing Team Core in the Google Student Ambassador program, where they were responsible for promoting and organizing events related to Google. They then moved on to intern at Citi, where they worked on team challenges and received training in project management and process improvement.

Pierce J. later joined UXMNL and On-Off Group as a trainee, immersing themselves in user experience and customer experience programs. They gained practical experience in UX design and research methodologies during this time.

In 2015, Pierce J. worked at Chevron as an IT professional before transitioning to a role as a UX designer at Cambridge University Press. They championed a human-centric approach to designing products and services and coordinated design engagements for the Press.

Pierce J. co-founded the User Experience Society - DLSU and served as a consultant and director, focusing on building partnerships and alliances to foster growth and presence in the local design community.

Their most recent role was at Cebu Pacific Air, where they served as a Product Owner for the airline's mobile platform. They led an agile team and successfully delivered projects aligned with business goals. Some notable accomplishments include co-owning the company's first Scrum project, launching the revamped Cebu Pacific mobile app, and implementing new features into the platform.

Currently, Pierce J. is a Product Strategist at UBX, utilizing their expertise in product design and strategy to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions.

Pierce J. attended Santa Rosa Science and Technology High School from 2007 to 2011, where they completed their high school education. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from De La Salle University, graduating in 2015. Alongside their formal education, Pierce J. obtained additional certifications, including "User Experience: The Beginner's Guide" from The Interaction Design Foundation in June 2019 and a "Certificate of Membership" from the same institution.
