Arden Hoffman

Arden Hoffman currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at General Motors and is a member of the Advisory Board for the College of Letters and Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley. As a Talent Advisor for Index Ventures since August 2020, Arden has previously held significant leadership roles, including Chief People Officer at Cruise and Vice President, Global Head of HR at Dropbox. Prior experience includes a Director of People role at Google, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR for multiple divisions, and Vice President positions at Goldman Sachs, focusing on talent development and global training solutions. Early career experience includes working as a Manager in Deloitte's Organization and Change Practice and as an Editorial Assistant at PC WORLD.
