Julie Hooper

Julie Hooper is currently the Vice Chancellor of University Development and Alumni Relations at UC Berkeley. Julie has extensive experience in fundraising and development, having previously served as the Associate Vice President for Development at The University of Texas at Austin, the Senior Director of Development and Communications at SafePlace, and the Executive Director of both the Colorado River Foundation and Heritage Society of Austin. Julie began their career in 1992 as a Product Development Manager at Crowe Resources International before moving into the nonprofit sector in 1999.

Julie Hooper has a Bachelor of Arts in Julie'story from Boston University and a Master of Julie'storic Preservation from The University of Georgia. Julie is also certified as a Certified Fund Raising Executive from CFRE International.
