Maximilian Auffhammer

George Pardee Professor Of International Sustainable Development

Maximilian Auffhammer is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in the field of international sustainable development and economics. From July 2003 to June 2014, Maximilian served as the George Pardee Professor of International Sustainable Development, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor at UC Berkeley. Prior to this, from January 1998 to January 2003, Maximilian obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics from UC San Diego, preceded by a Master of Science (M.S.) in Environmental and Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completed in January 1998.
