Michael Kuhner

Michael Kuhner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and financial services. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice Chancellor and Chief Procurement Officer at the University of California, Davis since March 2008, Michael leads all Supply Chain Management activities, focusing on strategic leadership and direction for various campus teams, including sourcing, procurement, and financial services. Prior roles include Director of Business and Financial Services, Associate Director of Accounts Payable and Banking Card Services, and Manager of Accounts Payable and Travel Accounting at UC Davis. Michael's earlier career included positions at Devereaux, Kuhner & Chin LLP as a Tax Preparer, as well as roles in project management and systems analysis at Dogtown Development Company, Accenture, and Simon Mattress Company. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, Davis and a Master's degree in Accounting from Regis University.
