Navya Bhakta

Navya Bhakta is currently serving as a Living Learning Communities Peer Coordinator at the University of California, Davis since August 2023. Prior to this role, Navya gained experience as a Teaching Intern at Breakthrough Sacramento from June to August 2023 and worked as an Academic Peer Mentor at the University of California, Davis from September 2022 to June 2023. Navya also has experience as a Preschool Teacher at Addison - Penzak JCC Preschool from June to September 2022, where responsibilities included maintaining day-to-day operations and communicating with families. Additionally, Navya managed food handling operations at Sweet Retreat during a summer role in 2021 and worked as a private tutor early in 2021. Navya is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology at the University of California, Davis, with an expected graduation in June 2025, following a high school diploma from Lynbrook High School obtained in June 2021.
