David Rebhan

David Rebhan serves as the Vice President of Strategy and Performance Management at UCI Health, where significant contributions have supported the transformation of healthcare delivery in Orange County. Prior to this role, David held the position of Director of Operational Excellence at the Hospital for Special Surgery, achieving notable improvements in surgical pathways and inpatient care metrics. David's diverse experience includes leadership roles at Accenture and Stanford Health Care, focusing on operational improvement and strategic project management. David holds a Master of Public Health and a Master of Arts in Medical Anthropology from Case Western Reserve University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Anthropology from UCLA.
