Silas Fitzgerald

Silas FitzGerald is a law student at the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, expected to graduate with a JD in May 2025. Currently serving as a Summer Associate at Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP, Silas also holds the position of Executive Productions Editor for the UC Law Constitutional Quarterly, contributing to Volume 52 and previously to Volume 51 as a Staff Editor. Prior experience includes internship roles at the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office in Real Estate and Finance and as a Paralegal at Weaver Schlenger LLP. Silas worked as a Legal Assistant for Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies and has additional experience in operations and customer service from roles at RoBhat Labs and Team Rubicon. Silas earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2019.
