Christy Jackson

Christy Jackson is an experienced recruiting and HR professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and operations management. Currently serving as an Associate Recruiter/Sourcer at UC San Diego since August 2022, Christy specializes in sourcing and vetting candidates for accounting, financial, and HR roles for various campus and UC Health departments. Previously, Christy held roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Total Package HR and as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at WilsonHCG, where responsibilities included recruiting for HR positions and coordinating high-volume hiring processes. Additional experience includes managing HR functions at Goodwill Industries and founding a pet care business. Christy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from East Carolina University and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of the Pacific.
