Michèle Morris serves as the Associate Director at UC San Diego's Design Lab since 2015 and is the co-founder and Content and Strategy Lead at the Center for Design-Driven Transformation, focusing on scaling design thinking for organizational change. As Founder and Principal at HardPoint Solutions since 2007, Michèle has also held roles including National Training Director for the Drug Enforcement Administration and Strategic Advisor for World Design Capital San Diego Tijuana 2024. Previously, Michèle held leadership positions in Design Forward Alliance, serving as Board Member and President. Educational achievements include a Sloan Master's Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, attendance at Stanford Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in World Politics from The Catholic University of America.
