Xavier is also the Chairman & President of the Business Executives Council and the Director of Corporate Sponsorship at the University of California San Diego. Additionally, Xavier has served as a Member of the Board of Directors at San Diego Sport Innovators and as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Human Longevity, Inc. Xavier was also a Partner at Crest Insurance Group, an Executive Vice President at CBIZ, and a Vice President of Employee Benefits at HUB International.
