Alvaro Gordon

Alvaro Gordon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2017, they interned at Manos Unidas, collaborating with native partners in Africa on various projects and assisting with receptionist duties. In 2018, they worked as a Consultant in R&D at INNOBOOSTER, where they researched grants and public funding for R&D projects and facilitated connections between tech SMEs, universities, and investors. Later in 2018, they joined Ence - Energía y Celulosa as a Supply Chain & Logistics specialist, responsible for biomass acquisition, supply chain management, and stock administration. Alvaro achieved successful procurement and surpassed supply targets, leading to the establishment of bilateral relations with a major customer. In 2019, Alvaro joined ThePowerMBA as a B2C Sales Executive, eventually taking on the role of Head of Entrepreneurship Area and managing upselling activities. Most recently, in 2022, they started working at Ucademy as a Business Development Representative and B2B Business Development Manager.

Alvaro Gordon completed their high school diploma at Salisbury School in the year 2011, specializing in a year abroad. Alvaro then pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from IE University from 2014 to 2018. In 2017, they also attended a summer course in Global Management at IEB.
