Virushabadoss started their career in 1999 at Delphi-TVS as a Senior Engineer in Manufacturing, where they worked until 2011. Virushabadoss then joined Bonfiglioli Transmissions Pvt. Ltd. as a Manager in Manufacturing Engineering, a role they held for seven years. In 2018, they transitioned to Wipro Infrastructure Engineering as a Manager in Manufacturing Engineering before moving to Bonfiglioli Transmissions as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
