Diane Tollefson, CPA has extensive work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Diane is currently the Director of Finance, Treasury, & Accounting Operations at UCare, where they manage the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Prior to joining UCare, Diane worked at UnitedHealthcare as the Director of Finance - Controller, where they were responsible for a $18B segment and oversaw a team of controllers and CFOs. Before that, they held roles at Best Buy, including Sr. Finance Manager and Finance Manager - Controller, where they managed financial operations for different subsidiaries and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Diane also has experience as a Sr. Financial Analyst at Coca-Cola FEMSA and as a Sr. Auditor at RSM McGladrey, Inc.

Diane Tollefson, CPA holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Winona State University. Diane is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
