Gail Berkley has over 30 years of work experience in various IT positions. Gail started their career at Cargill, where they held various roles from 1983 to 2000. Gail then worked at GMAC RFC as an IT Manager for Release Management from 2000 to 2006, where they designed and implemented a new Release Management process. After that, they joined Kroll Inc. as the Manager of IT Service Management, leading the development of ITIL processes and designing SLAs and OLAs. In 2010, they moved to Allianz Life as a Senior Process Analyst, conducting assessments and facilitating team-building sessions. In 2012, they joined Best Buy as the Senior Manager of IT Service Management, where they implemented the IT Change Management process and hired a Change Management team. Currently, they are working at UCare as the IT Service Management Lead, designing and implementing Change and Configuration Management processes.
Gail Berkley holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, they have obtained a Certification in ITIL Expert (v3) and a Certificate in ITIL Master (v2). Gail also holds a Certificate in ITIL Practitioner - Release & Control.
