Jamie Kell

Jamie Kell has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Starting in 2005, Jamie held various roles at UnitedHealthcare, including Director of Product Development and Director of Product Strategy & Innovation. In 2008, Jamie joined SeeChange Health as the SVP of Network Strategy and Regulatory Affairs, where they built and managed a provider network for value-based insurance products. Jamie then returned to UnitedHealth Group as the Director of Ethics & Integrity. From 2011 to 2013, Jamie worked as the Director of Product Research at UnitedHealthcare, evaluating proposed models for Medicare and Retirement initiatives. Jamie also held roles at UnitedHealthcare as the Director of Regulatory Adherence and Vice President of Private Exchanges, National Accounts Strategic Initiatives. Most recently, Jamie worked at Fairview Health Services as the Director of Product Development, leading a product team focused on value-based programs. In the future, Jamie will be joining UCare as the Director of Strategic Partnerships in 2023.

Jamie Kell has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Management from Hamline University. They also hold a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Jamie is a certified Attorney by the Minnesota Supreme Court.
