Kate Ingber

Kate Ingber is currently the Talent Acquisition Manager at UCare since October 2016. Prior to UCare, Kate has worked at companies such as Starkey Hearing Technologies and Allianz Life in various recruitment roles. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Luther College, a Master's in HR Management from St. Mary's University of Minnesota, and is currently pursuing an MBA with a Business Certificate in Business Analytics from the University of St. Thomas. Kate has a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and strategic workforce planning.
