Milissia Olberding

Milissia Olberding's work experience spans over several years, starting with their role as a Merchant Bar Steel Inside Sales Representative at Cargill, North Star Steel. In this position, they were responsible for sales and maintaining customer relationships. After that, they became a licensed daycare provider before joining UCare as a Financial Analyst. In this role, they developed reports and analysis related to encounter submission performance. Milissia then progressed to the role of Business Analyst Encounters, where they led UCare's efforts to improve encounter processes and oversaw the submission process. Milissia continued to grow within UCare, taking on roles such as Encounter Supervisor, Regulatory Data and Encounters Manager, and most recently, Associate Director of Risk Adjustment and Revenue. In their current role, they lead risk adjustment and revenue reporting and works with providers and vendors to anticipate Medicare payment and ACA market reconciliations.

Milissia Olberding earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Minnesota State University, Mankato from 1991 to 1995.
