Dan Sarles

Dan Sarles serves as the Provider Data and Network Analytics Senior Manager at UCare since August 2013, where responsibilities include managing teams focused on forecasting, reporting, reconciliation, and compliance related to health care providers. Dan has developed processes for data management and network collaborations, and previously worked as a Senior Financial Analyst, modeling strategic initiatives for Medicare Advantage and State Medicaid products. Dan's career also includes a role as a Reporting Specialist at Target, where major contributions involved preparing management reports for fraud mitigation strategies. Prior experience includes serving as a Community Development Leader with the Peace Corps, where Dan facilitated community capacity building in Bulgaria. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
