Laura Hetzel

Laura Hetzel is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Marketing Manager - Acquisition at UCare since January 2023. Prior to this role, Laura held positions at Medica as Medicaid Marketing Manager and at UCare as Communications Lead - State Public Programs. Laura's background includes experience as a Foundation Specialist at Park Nicollet Health Services and as a Communications Associate at Starkey Hearing Foundation. Earlier in their career, Laura worked as a Consultant for Edify.org and at Ogilvy Public Relations in various roles, including Senior Associate and Consultant. Laura began their professional journey as an Account Manager at WTM Event Marketing and as a Wellesley-Yenching Fellow at Ginling Women’s College in Nanjing, China. Laura holds an International MBA with a focus on Social Responsibility from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Studies from Wellesley College.
