Loretta Menke

Loretta Menke serves as the Organization Development & Learning Director at UCare since 2005, where responsibilities include directing organizational effectiveness and learning strategies, leadership development, training, employee onboarding, talent management, and employee engagement, alongside providing training consulting and change management support. Prior to UCare, Loretta held roles as Learning and Development Manager at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. from 2000 to 2005, and Leadership Development Manager at American Express Financial Advisors from 1993 to 2000. Loretta holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Theater from St. Olaf College and a Master of Education in Organization Development and Learning from the University of Minnesota.
