Wendy Wicks

Wendy Wicks serves as the Associate Director of Communications and Public Relations at UCare, where since April 2004, leadership has been provided in public relations, corporate communications, social media, and brand initiatives for a local nonprofit community-based health plan. Prior roles include Marketing Communications Manager, overseeing a team responsible for comprehensive communications across departments, and Marketing Communications Specialist, focusing on member communications for Medicare products. Earlier experience at HealthPartners as a Communications Specialist involved developing patient education materials. Wendy holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from the University of St. Thomas, a Master's in Creative Arts Therapy from Drexel University, and a Bachelor's in Psychology with an English minor from Tufts University.
