Aude Leroy

Aude Leroy has extensive experience in supply chain management, with a focus on external manufacturing and global product supply. Aude began their career at Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2010, where they held various roles such as Customer Relationship Manager, Supply Chain Lead, Supply Chain Manager, and Supply Chain Project Manager. During their time at Bristol-Myers Squibb, they led projects to improve working interactions, manage relationships with strategic customers, and oversee manufacturing and supply processes for global brand divestitures.

In 2020, Aude Leroy joined UCB as the D, Global Product Supply Lead. This role builds on their previous experience in supply chain management and involves leading global product supply initiatives. Their work experience prior to Bristol-Myers Squibb includes a role as a consultant in supply chain and lean management at Volcom, where they focused on improving operational activities in a distribution center.

Before starting their career in supply chain management, Aude Leroy gained experience in pharmacies and hospitals through part-time work during their pharmacy studies. Aude also conducted research on improving drug product use in an oncology department. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS in May 2016, Green Belt - Lean Six Sigma from 100pc effectiveness in 2012, and SCOR from iCognitive Pte Ltd in 2010.
