Björn Gustafsson

Björn Gustafsson is an accomplished leader in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience at UCB since October 2014, currently serving as General Manager of UCB Türkiye. Björn has a robust background in strategic leadership, evidenced by prior roles including Head of Strategy & Business Enablement for International Markets and Head of Learning & Development. Björn has successfully driven business growth and improved operational efficiencies, with a focus on patient value creation and digital transformation. Prior to UCB, Björn held prominent positions at BTS Brussels NV, the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, and Beijing Jiaotong University, along with a technical role at ABB.
