Donna Finale

Donna Finale serves as the US Sustainability Lead at UCB, contributing to initiatives aimed at promoting sustainable practices within the organization. Previously, Donna held the position of Director of Patient Access & Innovation at UCB Biopharma SPRL, where responsibilities included enhancing patient access to treatments. In earlier roles at UCB, Donna was Head of Portfolio Innovation, Patient Value & Innovation Lead, and Integrated Care Executive-IDN/ACO, focusing on advancing patient-centered strategies and innovative care models. Donna's education includes attendance at Harvard Innovation Labs from February 2020 to February 2022, complemented by studies at Iona.
