Ericka V. Hylick

Ericka V. Hylick, Pharm.D., RPh is an experienced pharmaceutical professional with a diverse background in patient advocacy, medical science liaison roles, and clinical pharmacy education. Current involvement with UCB focuses on patient advocacy for rare diseases, following a tenure at SUN PHARMA and Eli Lilly and Company, where contributions included reinvigorating sales strategies and developing patient education resources in the diabetes sector. Educational roles included serving as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Xavier University of Louisiana and as a preceptor for pharmacy students. Training as a PGY-2 Pediatric Pharmacy Resident at Children's National Health System and other positions have provided extensive clinical experience. Ericka holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Fort Valley State University.
