Kristel Borremans has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Kristel started their career in 1998 as a Product and Production Assistant at Gruno & Chardin, where they focused on quality control and collections follow-up. Kristel then moved on to Gerber Technology, where they held various roles such as Customer Experience Leader and Lean Facilitator, focusing on continuous improvement and strategy execution.
In 2015, they joined GSK as a Mission @BeQM WS&T, where they worked on FDA/observation 11. Kristel later took on roles in TRD GMP Manufacturing & Clinical Supply, where they led the improvement of the Change Control Process and implemented a Quality Framework. At Johnson & Johnson, they worked on core-non-core analysis of Tech Ops business processes.
In 2018, Kristel joined BNP Paribas Fortis as a Mission @Corporate Banking Project Office Operational Excellence and Mission @Bank Transformation Office - Process Expert, where they played a crucial role in coordinating and improving operations. In 2019, they worked at UCB as an Associate Director - IT Quality Lead, contributing to the IT strategy and leading projects in the quality domain.
Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated expertise in quality management, process improvement, and project leadership.
Kristel Borremans has a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Designer - Pattern Maker from Haute École Francisco Ferrer, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. Kristel also has a Black Belt in Lean - 6s from Stanwick Management Consultants, which they acquired from 2016 to 2017. In addition, they completed the Essentials of European Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs course from TOPRA in 2020 and received training in Lean principles from Lean Horizons Consulting in 2007. Recently in 2022, they attended Vlerick Business School, although the degree and field of study are unspecified.
