Milena Iwańska

Milena Iwańska is a Senior Strategic Sourcing Partner at UCB, collaborating with Randstad Sourceright since August 2023, focusing on comprehensive sourcing strategies for unique project requirements. Previously, Milena served as a Strategic Recruitment Consultant at Randstad Sourceright and as a Senior Talent Sourcer at Microsoft from September 2014 to July 2023, sourcing top talent for Microsoft Research across EMEA and building teams across Europe and Africa. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Futurestep, focusing on various sectors, and several trainee positions related to translation and event coordination. Milena holds a Master of Arts in Theatre/Theatre Arts Management from the Academy of Theatre and has studied languages at esteemed institutions in France and Poland.
