Scott McDonald

Scott McDonald is an experienced professional in quality assurance and compliance within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Early Solution Quality and Compliance Lead at UCB since August 2020. In this role, Scott ensures that quality tasks across the drug pipeline meet regulatory standards, including effective auditing of internal documents for early development and clinical studies. Previously, Scott held various quality assurance roles at Charles River Laboratories and Rentokil Initial, providing expertise in GxP regulations, multi-site studies, and training personnel. Scott's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Forensic Biology from Edinburgh Napier University and a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Applied Sciences from UHI.
