Richard Shapiro's work experience begins in 1997 when they joined Tetra Pak as the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis in the Corporate division. Richard then moved on to become the Finance Manager for Molded Plastics Systems in 2001 and later became a Senior Finance Manager for the Chilled Carton Division in 2006. Richard remained at Tetra Pak until 2016. In 2017, they joined Castle Metals as the Commercial Finance Manager and later became the Regional Controller for West Operations until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Cummins Allison as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, supporting the company's financial activities and assisting in the transition to a public company. Currently, they serve as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at UCC Environmental since 2022.
Richard Shapiro has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Quantitative Economics from Stanford University. Richard also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
