Adam Novak, MHA, CLSSBB has extensive work experience in healthcare operations and business development. Adam began their career as an Operations Intern at Kindred Healthcare in 2009 and later served as an Administrator & Executive Fellow. In 2012, they joined Eskenazi Health as the Business Manager of Surgical Services and later became the Associate Director of Patient Care Business Operations for Surgical and Trauma Services. In 2018, Novak joined UCF Health as the Director of Operations, and in 2021, they took on the additional role of Director of Operations at the University of Central Florida - College of Medicine. Prior to this, they were also involved in strategy and business development as the Director of Strategy and Business Development at UCF Health. Novak holds a Master's in Healthcare Administration (MHA) and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB).

Adam Novak, MHA, CLSSBB completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health & Natural Science at the University of Central Florida from 2004 to 2008. Adam then pursued a Masters in Health Service Administration (MHSA) at the same university from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Purdue University in March 2014.
