Jennifer Dougherty has a vast array of experience in talent management, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, and operations within various companies such as UC Health, Cengage Group, Worldpay, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and more. Jennifer has held roles such as VP of Talent & Engagement, VP of Transformation, Sr. Director of Diversity and Inclusion, and Operations Manager. Jennifer has successfully developed and implemented strategies to drive organizational performance and talent development while fostering diverse and inclusive work environments. Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University at Albany and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from Ohio University.
