Derek Cazeau

Derek Cazeau serves as the Executive Director of Hospital Services at AdventHealth since July 2022, overseeing critical departments including Facilities and Engineering, Food and Nutrition Services, and Community Relations. Derek also holds the position of Community Relations Manager and Interim Administrative Leader of Facilities at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth since November 2022. Prior to these roles, Derek gained extensive experience at AMITA Health from January 2007 to July 2022, where roles included Executive Director of Bolingbrook Hospital Foundation and Physician Relations Manager. Derek holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
