Donald Yoo

Donald Yoo currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at UCLA Health, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Donald held various positions including Senior Corporate Counsel - Investigations at Northrop Grumman and Senior Counsel at UCLA Health. Donald's extensive legal experience includes nearly a decade as an Assistant United States Attorney with the United States Attorneys' Offices, and prior roles at Venable LLP, the U.S. Department of Justice, and as a trial attorney. Donald holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from UCLA.
