Hallie Young

Hallie Young, MPH, currently serves as the Outreach and Engagement Manager at UCLA Health since July 2023. Prior to this role, Hallie worked at Headspace Health as the Social Impact Coordinator, where responsibilities included planning and implementing a pilot program for youth in Los Angeles County. Hallie's previous experience encompasses positions as an Account Executive at Aurrera Health Group, where marketing materials for health initiatives were developed, and as a Consultant for Los Angeles County's Anti-Racism, Diversity, and Inclusion Initiative, providing technical assistance on equity-centered projects. Additional roles include serving as an Associate at Praxsys Leadership, a Graduate Student Researcher at UCLA Center for Healthier Children, Families and Communities, and a Teaching Assistant during the pursuit of a master's degree in Public Health from UCLA. Earlier career experiences include roles at The Aspen Institute and Equal Rights Center. Hallie holds a bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies and Ethics and International Social Justice from Boston College, and continues education with a bachelor’s degree at the University of Cape Town.
