Jonathan Yu

Jonathan Yu, MD, MBA, currently serves as an Orthopedic Surgery Resident at UCLA Health since June 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from 2016 to 2018 and as an Undergraduate Researcher at Yale University School of Medicine in the Ifat Levy Lab from 2015 to 2016. Jonathan also held a Research Intern position at Fred Hutch in the Harmit Malik Lab from 2011 to 2014. Jonathan completed a Doctor of Medicine degree at Joan & Sanford I. Weill Medical College of Cornell University from 2018 to 2023, earned a Master of Business Administration from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management in 2021-2022, and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from Yale University. Additionally, Jonathan has a background from Williams College and Lakeside School.
