The leaders at UCM Digital Health have a wide range of experience in the medical and business fields. They have worked as physician assistants, emergency medicine physicians, directors of patient services, and business development managers. They have also been active in the National Association of EMTs. Their education histories include degrees in sports medicine, biomedical engineering, and health administration from SUNY Cortland, Johns Hopkins University, Duke University, and Erie Community College.
