Brittany Yarber

Brittany Yarber currently serves as the Director of Dining Services at ARBOR TERRACE AT CASCADE since June 2023. With extensive experience in the food service industry, Brittany has held various roles including Certified ServSafe Instructor and Examination Proctor for the National Restaurant Association since March 2018, and Food Service Supervisor at Northside Hospital from April 2021 to June 2023. Previous positions also include PSE Clerk at the United States Postal Service, Lunchroom Manager at Chicago Public Schools, and Production Manager and Supervisor at Aramark, overseeing multiple restaurant brands. Brittany's culinary journey began at House of Blues Chicago and Macy's as a line cook, complemented by earlier experience as a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreen Co. and Caterer with Prime Staff. Educational credentials include an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Arts from The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago.
