John Albanese is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in culinary management and food service operations. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Morrison Healthcare since December 2021, John oversees kitchen operations and ensures adherence to corporate programs and guidelines at Northwestern Central DuPage Hospital. Prior to this, John held similar executive chef roles at the University of Illinois Hospital & Health Sciences System and Sodexo, where responsibilities included managing food production for various services and directing large teams. With a career spanning over three decades in high-profile establishments, John possesses a robust background in catering, patient meal services, and culinary supervision, supported by an education in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and Restaurant Management from Triton College.
