Lisa Philpott

Lisa Philpott has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lisa currently holds the position of Chief of Staff at uConnect, Inc. since July 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Marketing at uConnect, Inc. from January 2018 to July 2020. Before joining uConnect, Inc., Lisa was the Chief Marketing Officer at Meteor Learning from May 2017 to December 2017. Lisa also held positions at Meteor Learning Formerly Educate Online as the VP of Marketing from March 2013 to May 2017 and as the Sr. Director of Marketing from March 2012 to March 2013. Lisa has also worked as the Sr. Marketing Director at Respondus from November 2010 to February 2012 and as the Higher Ed Marketing Director at eInstruction Corp. from June 2010 to November 2010. Lisa worked as a Strategic Marketing Consultant at CafeScribe/Follett Higher Ed Group from February 2010 to June 2010. Prior to that, Lisa was the CEO of AskOnline from August 2007 to April 2010. Lisa has held the position of Director of Marketing at Linkage, Inc. from August 2006 to August 2007. Lisa's previous experience also includes working as the Director of Marketing at WebCT from August 2001 to July 2006 and as the Director of Marketing at PFN from 2000 to 2001.

Lisa Philpott completed their Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing at Boston University from 1984 to 1988. Lisa then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 1993 to 1997. In 2007, Lisa obtained a Certificate in Effective Online Tutoring from the University of Oxford.

Aside from their formal education, Lisa also obtained a certification in Digital Marketing Circuit from General Assembly in June 2017.
