Jamie Biggins

Jamie Biggins has over 17 years of experience in the IT and service delivery sector. Currently serving in the role of Infrastructure Demand at Massmart since September 2019, Jamie previously held the position of Senior Service Delivery Manager at UCS Solutions from January 2006 onwards. Between June 2018 and July 2020, Jamie acted as IT Operations Manager and Service Manager at BCX. Jamie holds an MCSE and MCP certification from Torque IT, obtained between 2000 and 2002, and completed studies at Boksburg High from 1995 to 1999.
