Kristen Beckler, M.Ed, CTRS, CCLS, is an accomplished Child Life Specialist and educator with extensive experience in pediatric care and the performing arts. Currently, Kristen serves as the Founder & Partner of the Youth Performers Wellness Network, a collaborative initiative aimed at supporting the mental health of young performers. At UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals, Kristen provides patient and family education and advocacy while also taking a leadership role in strategic planning for the Child Life department. Additionally, Kristen holds adjunct instructor positions at multiple universities, teaching Child Life Theory and therapeutic play. With previous experience as a Child Life Specialist at Stanford Children's Health and leadership roles in various organizations, Kristen is dedicated to equity and student-centered practices in both healthcare and educational settings.
