Jennifer Hood-Fa’Alepo

Jennifer Hood-Fa’alepo is a seasoned healthcare operations leader with over a decade of experience in various roles at UCSF Health, where responsibilities have included Director of Operations for the Contact Center & Referral/Access Centers and Administrative Director of Referral/Access Centers since November 2011. Jennifer's prior experience includes serving as Lunder Building Project Manager at Massachusetts General Hospital, overseeing the relocation of clinical and support services to a new facility, and participating in an Administrative Fellowship that involved comprehensive training across multiple departments. Additional experience includes an Administrative Resident role at UCSF Medical Center and an Interim Compliance Manager position at LifeLong Medical Care. Jennifer holds a Master of Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy, Management, and Planning from the University of Southern California.
