Armen G. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Managing Partner/IT Project Manager at Sputnik Ecommerce Systems until 2010. They then moved on to become an Integration Team Lead at Sephora from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2012, Armen worked as a Quality Assurance Project Lead at Genentech, providing training on quality assurance processes. They then joined Wells Fargo as a Project Quality Consultant in 2013, followed by a role as a Portfolio Quality Lead at Genentech until 2016. Armen then worked as a Validation Lead/Project Manager at Gilead Sciences from 2016 to 2017, ensuring compliance and driving root cause analysis. The next role was at SQA Solution as a Sr. Project Manager Scrum Master, where Armen developed and executed projects utilizing Agile methodologies. Currently, Armen holds the position of Executive Vice President of Operations at udelv since November 2020.

Armen G. earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Moscow Polytechnic University between 1991 and 1995. In 2023, they also became a Certified Scrum Master from Six Sigma Global Institute, specializing in Scrum Agile, and obtained a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from the same institute.
