Karen Winters

Karen Winters, M.S.Ed., currently serves as a Learning Strategist, Consultant & Designer at Red Letter Learning since April 2023, specializing in instructional design, learning strategy, and project management. As a Senior Learning Experience Designer at Udemy since June 2022, Karen has successfully collaborated with experts to develop highly-rated courses and improve project efficiency. Previously, at SAP, Karen co-created a global leadership initiative serving 100,000 employees and developed a scalable leadership development toolkit. While working as an Online Learning Coordinator at Global Legacy, Karen led a major LMS migration and enhanced leadership curriculum alignment. Earlier roles include Program Coordinator at Simpson University and the University of California, Davis, in program management and student advising, alongside various positions in investments and customer service from 2005 to 2010. Karen holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Online Teaching & Learning from California State University - East Bay and a Bachelor of Arts from Simpson University.
